重庆市万州区2010—2012年艾滋病检测结果分析

An Analysis of HIV Detection Results in Wanzhou District of Chongqing from 2010 to 2012

目的了解万州区各类人群艾滋病(HIV)感染状况,为今后进一步有效防治艾滋病提供科学依据。方法对2010—2012年万州区HIV抗体检测结果进行统计分析。结果 2010—2012年检测各类人群血清样品281 204份,确证抗-HIV阳性312例,阳性率为0.11%;其中男男性行为阳性率最高为10.96%,其次自愿咨询检测为1.85%。结论通过性接触是我区艾滋病传播的主要方式,特别是男男性行为。因此,除了加大对特殊人群的监测力度外,还应开展以健康教育为主的行为干预,才能有效地把艾滋病的传播减少到最低限度,以遏制艾滋病的流行和蔓延。

OBJECTIVE To understand AIDS infection status different groups of people in Wanzhou District, for further provide a scientific basis for effective prevention and control of AIDS. METHODS From 2010 to 2012, Wanzhou District HIV antibody test results were analyzed. RESULTS The detection of different groups of people in 2010--2012, 281 204 serum samples, confirmed 312 cases of anti-HIV positive, the positive rate was 0.11%; among MSM sex positive rate was to 10.96%, followed by 1.85% voluntary counseling testing. CONCLUSION The main way of the spread of AIDS through sexual contact, especially male behavior, so as to increase monitoring of special groups, and also give priority to with health education should be carried out the behavior of the intervention, and can effectively reduce the spread of AIDS to the minimum, to curb the AIDS epidemic and spreading.
