摘要
目的分析2012年南通市通州区餐饮单位实施食品安全量化分级管理情况,为确定餐饮单位的监管措施提供依据。方法按照国家卫生部颁布的《食品卫生监督量化分级管理规范》和《餐饮单位量化分级管理等级核定评分表》对辖区内的餐饮单位进行量化评分,并对评分结果进行分析。结果目前餐饮单位的量化分级管理评分总体上食品安全水平评分较低,食品卫生风险性评分较高。结论应进一步加强管理,改善管理体制,提高餐饮单位的食品安全水平。
OBJECTIVE To Analyze Dining Unit to implement food security quantification situation in Tngzhou District of Nantong in 2012, provides the basis for the determination dining unit's supervising and managing measure. METHODS According to the National Medical department promulgation "Food Sanitary Supervision Quantification Level-to-level Administration Standard" and "Dining Unit Quantification Level-to-level Administration Rank Checked Score Chart" carries on quantification grading to in the area of jurisdiction dining unit, and carries on the analysis to the grading result. RESULTS At present the dining unit's quantification level-to-level administration grading as a whole food safety level is low, food health risk is high. CONCLUSION It needs to further strengthen the management, improve management system and enhance the dining unit the food safety level.
