加味葛根芩连汤直肠滴注联合推拿手法治疗小儿秋季腹泻疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Treating P ediatric Autumn Diarrhea Gegen Qinlian Decoction with Rectoclysis Combined and Massage Manipulation

目的观察加味葛根芩连汤直肠滴注联合推拿手法治疗小儿秋季腹泻的临床疗效。方法选取120例秋季腹泻患儿,随机分为对照组和治疗组,均给予补液、纠正电解质紊乱及退热、止吐等常规处理。治疗组在此基础上给予加味葛根芩连汤直肠滴注联合推拿手法治疗。结果治疗组总有效率为93.3%,对照组总有效率为76.7%,两组总有效率用χ2检验,χ2=6.53,P<0.05,说明两组疗效有非常显著性差异。两组患儿治疗前后在止泻时间、脱水纠正时间和退热时间等方面用t检验,差异有统计学意义。两组患儿在治疗72 h后观察食欲恢复情况,用χ2检验,差异有统计学意义(χ2=13.33,P=0.00)。结论加味葛根芩连汤直肠滴注联合推拿手法治疗小儿秋季腹泻疗效显著,且能从根本上调节患儿体质,简单方便,值得在临床上推广应用。

OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical curative effect of Jiawei Gegen Qinlian Decoction rectal drip combined with massage in treatment of infantile autumn diarrhea. METHODS 120 cases of diarrhea were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, were given rehydration, correction of electrolyte imbalance and fever, vomiting and other conventional treatment. The treatment group was treated with Gegen Qinlian Decoction rectal drip combined with massage therapy. RESULTS The total effective rate was 93.3% in the treatment group, the total effective rate of the control group was 76.7%, the total efficiency of two groups by X2 test, X2= 6.53, P〈0.05, the efficacy of the two groups had significant difference. The two groups before and after treatment in children with diarrhea, dehydration time correcting time and cooling time, using t test, the difference was statistically significant. Recovery of appetite after 72 h treatment were observed in 2 patients, 2 with ehi square test, the difference was statistically significant （X2=13.33, P=0.00）. CONCLUSION Jiawei Gegen Qinlian Decoction rectal drip combined with manipulation in the treatment of infantile autumn diarrhea curative effect is distinct, and can fundamentally regulate children physique, is simple and convenient, compliance is good, which is worth the clinical application.
