Synthesis of a Fluorescent Probe for Ca^(2+) Containing Aza Crown Unit

摘要 以4-二乙胺基水杨醛为原料,合成了一种含有氮杂-18-冠-6结构的香豆素酰胺类化合物,经1HNMR、13CNMR、MS和元素分析对该化合物结构进行了确证。该化合物对Ca2+具有良好的荧光选择性和较强的抗干扰性能,物质的量比法测定该探针与Ca2+的配合比为1∶1。 A novel fluorescent probe for Ca2+ based on cou- matin containing aza-18-crown-6 unit was designed and syn- thesized. The fluorescent probe displayed high sensitivity and selectivity for detecting Ca2+ in acetonitrile,and revealed 1:1 complex formation between the probe and Ca2 +.
