Progress in the Synthesis of Chromone and Thiochromone Derivatives

摘要 色酮和硫色酮类化合物在生物活性和药理作用上有着广泛的应用前景,因此这类化合物合成的新方法备受关注。结合国内外文献,以5+1关环、4+2关环、3+3关环和其他关环方法对色酮和硫色酮类化合物的合成进行综述。 Along with the widely application prospect and huge developing potential on the biological and pharmacologi- cal activities of chromone and thiochromone derivatives, the development of the design and synthesis of this compounds is becoming the research focus at present. This work reviews the latest new synthetic methods about 5 + 1 cyclization,4 + 2 cy- clization,3 + 3 cyclization and other cyclization.
