摘要
采用NaIO4为氧化剂,通过氧化纳米粒子表面油酸(OA)的方法实现了油相纳米粒子OA/CaF2:Ln3+(Ln=Tb,Ce/Tb)从有机相到水相的转移,相转移后的纳米粒子在水相中具有良好的分散性。用红外光谱(IR)、X-射线衍射分析(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、荧光光谱(FS)对所合成的纳米粒子进行了表征和荧光性能研究。结果表明,纳米粒子表面的油酸在氧化过程中生成了9,10-二羟基十八酸;纳米粒子的晶相为CaF2的立方结构,粒径约为10 nm;纳米粒子发射出Tb3+的特征荧光,并且Ce3+的掺杂极大地提高了Tb3+的发光。
By oxidizing the oleic acid on the surface of nanoparticles using NaIO4 as oxidant,the nanopartictes were moved from the organic phase to the aqueous phase. The nanoparti-cles had good water-dispersion after the phase transfer. The characterization and fluorescent properties of the nanoparticles were studied by infrared spectroscopy (IR) , X-ray diffraction (XRD) ,transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and fluo- rescent spectra (FS). The results showed that the oleic acid on the surface of nanoparticles was oxidized to 9, 10-di- hydroxyoctadecanoic acid,the nanoparticles can he indexed as pure cubic CaF2 phase,the size of the nanoparticles was about lO nm,the nanoparticles emit the characteristic fluorescence of Tb3 + ions and the fluorescence of Tb3+ ions was greatly im- proved by co-doping with the Ce3+ ions.
