乳杆菌活菌胶囊联合甲硝唑栓治疗老年性阴道炎42例疗效分析

Analysis of clinical effect of living reparation of lactobacillus combined with metronidazole suppositories in treatment of 42 cases of senile vaginitis

目的:探讨乳杆菌活菌胶囊联合甲硝唑栓治疗老年性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法:将84例老年性阴道炎患者随机分为甲硝唑栓治疗组(对照组)和乳杆菌活菌胶囊联合甲硝唑栓治疗组(观察组),每组42例,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率为95.2%,显著高于对照组患者的76.2%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用乳杆菌活菌胶囊联合甲硝唑栓治疗老年性阴道炎临床疗效好,值得临床进一步推广使用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of living reparation of lactobacillus combined with metronidazole suppositories in treatment of senile vaginitis.Methods 84 cases of senile vaginitis were randomly divided into metronidazole suppositories treatment group（control group） and capsule of Lactobacillus and living reparation of lactobacillus combined with metronidazole suppositories treatment group（observation group）,42 cases in each group,compared the clinical effect of patients in two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 95.2%,significantly higher than in control group（76.2%）,there was significant difference between two groups（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion Taking living reparation of lactobacillus combined with metronidazole suppositories in treatment of senile vaginitis has good clinical effect, worthy of further clinical application.
