应用盐酸川芎嗪辅助治疗慢性阻塞性肺气肿42例疗效观察

Clinical effect observation of ligustrazine hydrochloride treatment in 42 cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema

目的:探讨盐酸川芎嗪辅助治疗慢性阻塞性肺气肿的临床疗效。方法:将84例慢性阻塞性肺气肿患者随机分为观察组与对照组,每组42例,对照组患者给予常规治疗,观察组患者在此基础上给予盐酸川芎嗪治疗,观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果:观察组患者的治疗总有效率为85.7%,显著高于对照组患者的69.0%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用盐酸川芎嗪辅助治疗慢性阻塞性肺气肿临床疗效确切,值得临床进一步推广使用。

Objective To study the clinical effect of ligustrazine hydrochloride in treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema. Methods 84 cases with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were randomly divided into observation group and control group,42 cases in each group,all cases were given routine treatment,based on this,cases in observation group were taken ligustrazine hydrochloride treatment,observed the clinical effect of cases in two groups.Results The total effective rate in observation group was 85.7%,significantly higher than that in control group（69.0%）,there was significant difference between two groups（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion Taking ligustrazine hydrochloride in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema has good clinical effect,it is worthy of further clinical application.
