中药熏洗联合TDP照射治疗类风湿关节炎疼痛的疗效观察

目的:探讨中药熏洗联合TDP照射治疗类风湿关节炎疼痛的疗效。方法:将88例患者分为治疗组与对照组,每组44例,治疗组在常规抗风湿的基础上,采用中药局部熏洗联合TDP照射,2次/d。对照组采用单纯抗风湿治疗。均10 d为1个疗程。结果:治疗组治疗效果显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:中药熏洗联合TDP照射治疗操作简便,与内服药配合使用能够明显减轻类风湿关节炎患者的疼痛,减轻患者的痛苦。

Objective to explore the herbal fumigation joint TDP radiation therapy the curative effect of rheumatoid arthritis pain.Methods 88 patients were divided into treatment group and control group,each 44 cases,the treatment group in conventional fights rheumatism,and on the basis of the traditional local fumigation joint TDP illuminate,twice a day.The comparison group USES the simple fights rheumatism treatment.All 10 days for a period of treatment.Results The effect in treatment group than in control group significantly（P 〈 I）.01）.Conclusion Herbal fumigation joint TDP radiation therapy simple operation,and internal medicine can significantly reduce used together with rheumatoid arthritis pain,ease the pain of the patients.
