基于演化博弈的创意产业集群知识共享策略研究

Research on Knowledge Sharing Strategy of Creative Industry Cluster based on Evolutionary Game

创意产业集群以知识共享为主要驱动力,知识共享是创意产业集群提高集群知识创新能力的重要途径。在对创意产业集群知识共享主体间关系和共享方式进行分析的基础上,本文运用演化博弈理论,构建了创意产业集群内企业和高校及科研机构知识共享博弈的复制者动态模型,分析了其在知识共享过程中的动态演化过程,提出知识共享预期收益、知识共享风险和知识共享位势是影响创意产业集群知识共享的重要因素。

As the main driving force of creative industry cluster , knowledge sharing is an important way to improve the innovation ability of creative industry cluster .Based on the analysis of the relationship among the members of creative in-dustry cluster and the ways of their knowledge sharing , the paper uses the evolutionary game theory to construct the repli-cator dynamic model of knowledge sharing behavior between enterprises and colleges as well as research institutes in crea -tive industry cluster .Then the paper analyzes the dynamic evolution and puts forwards the conclusion that the important factors affecting the knowledge sharing are expected sharing return , sharing risk and sharing potential .
