摘要
文章在分析行程控制[1]的基础上,建立了矿井提升机的S形速度曲线数学模型,对提升机各个时间段的速度曲线及其参数进行分析,接着介绍了提升机减速段采用的行程控制算法,继而介绍其速度信号的给定方式,最后介绍了提升机实现S形速度曲线的PLC软、硬件设计方案,用可编程控制器PLC实现行程控制、生成S形速度曲线,保证了提升机控制、运行的可靠性。
The article was on the basis of analyzing the stroke control,set up the mathematical model of the mine hoist s-shape speed curve,and analyzed each period of speed curve and its parameters,then introduced the stroke control algorithm which the hoist adopts in its braking portion,and introduced a given way of the speed signal,finally introduced the PLC software and hardware design that can bring about the elevator s-shape speed curve, the carry out of stroke control and the produce of s-shape speed curve with programmable controller PLC, ensure the reliability of the control and operation of the hoist.
