摘要 结合智能电网及开关设备智能化的发展要求,本文设计了一套永磁机构真空断路器状态监测系统。该系统采用分布式结构,硬件方面以TMS320F2812为核心,选用高精度的直线位移传感器及霍尔电流传感器,设计了相应的信号转换电路及隔离电路;上位机则采用Visual Basic进行开发;二者相互配合完成对所需信号的采集、处理、存储、通信和显示。通过联机运行、调试,证明该系统能够安全可靠的运行,实现了高压断路器运动特性参数的采集、处理,并完成了对断路器分、合闸行程及电流特性曲线的测量、显示、存储等功能,这也为下一步断路器状态评估提供了获取试验数据的基础。 A condition monitoring system for permanent magnetic actuator of vacuum circuit breaker was designed in this paper in order to meet the development requirements of smart grids and intelligent switchgears. Distributed architecture was applied in this system,. For the hardware part TMS320F2812 was used as the core, and the high- precision linear displacement sensor and Hall current sensor were applied, and the appropriate signal conversion circuit and isolation circuit were designed. Visual Basic was uesd as the developing tool in host computer. Both hardware and host computer achieved the acquisition, processing, storage, communications and display of the signals together. Through on-line operation and commission, the system was proved to be able to carry out secure operation, achieving collection and proceding of high-voltage circuit breaker movement parameters, completing measurement, display, storage and other functions of opening and closing travel curves of the circuit breakers and current curves, which also provides the test data for the next-step circuit breaker condition assessment systerm.
