自动电位采集装置的研制与在管道上的应用 被引量:1

摘要 为了实现管道上交直流干扰的自动电位采集,设计研制了一种用于埋地铜制管道坏境下,自动采集管道电位数据的装置.该装置内部电路采用低功耗的单片机设计,是基于AVR单片机的高精度直流电压和交流有效值测量的装置,采用软硬件结合的方法:给出了由单片机ATmega16、真有效值AC/DC转换器AD736等电路组成的原理图,以及测量电路的原理图和部分电路图,结合软件程序,测量交流电压范围在0~100V,直流-3~3V.通过模拟实验环境和设置采集模式,完成了埋地管道电位的自动采集,通过对管道表面的阴保电位的测量和存储,以及利用上位机软件读取数据,结果表明,该装置达到了埋地管道自动电位采集的设计要求,完成了技术指标. A device used for automatic collection of potential data in buried steel pipeline environment was designed .The inside circuit of the device was designed with a low-power single chip proeessoro The device is high precision DC voltage and AC RMS measurement device based on AVR microcontroller : The paper gives part of circuit including ATmegal6 MCU, the principle diagram of the true RMS DC converter AD736 circuit, and the measurement circuit principle diagram and circuit. The measuring voltage range is 0-100V AC and -3-3V DC. Through the simulation experiment environment and setting the acquisition mode, the device completes the collection of potential data in buried steel pipeline and stores cathodic protection potential data from the pipeline surface. We can read data by using computer software. The results show that the device can meet the requirements of design of automatic potential acquisition in buried steel pipeline, and complete the technical indicators.
