The Research of Yan'an Communication Department

延安交际处作为中共中央在延安时期设立的主要负责对外接待工作的专门机构,其发展历程经历了起步发展、克服困难和成就辉煌三个阶段;其主要职能是接待来延安的中外来宾,宣传中共的各项方针政策,巩固和扩大统一战线,搜集和整理情报信息;其工作原则包括"来去自由"的接待政策,"宣传出去,争取过来"的宣教方针,"正面宣传,求同存异"的统战策略。

Yan'an communication department was a specialized agency responsible for the reception work established by CPC in Yan'an times. Its development course has three stages: initial development,overcoming difficulties and brilliant achievements; its main functions included: reception of the Chinese and foreign guests to Yan'an, propaganda of the CPC's policies,consolidation and expanded the United Front,and collection of intelligence information; its work principles included: the reception policy of 'come and go freely',the propaganda policy of 'publicity out,won over',and the United Front strategy of'positive publicity,seeking common ground while reserving differences'.
