风电主轴调心滚子轴承载荷比对滚子接触姿态的影响 被引量:2

摘要 基于风电动力传动与轴承系统数值模拟平台,建立给定特征工况的风电主轴调心滚子轴承滚子与滚道的接触模型,分析滚子通过最大载荷位置时和沿滚道圆周方向的接触角变化规律。结果发现,通过最大接触载荷区的滚子姿态接触角随载荷比的增大趋于稳定;在通过圆周不同位置时,滚子运动姿态发生波动效应,且波动形式随特征工况而变化。 A model is developed for contact between roller and raceway of spherical roller bearings for main shaft in wind turbine under the given characteristic condition,based on wind turbine power transmission and bearing system nu-merical simulation platform.The change rule is analyzed for contact angle of rollers through the maximum load position and along the circumferential direction of raceway.The results show that the contact angle of roller behavior through the maximum contact load zone is beginning to stabilize with the increase of the load ratio.The moving behavior of rollers through different positions along the circumference is fluctuated,and the fluctuation form is changed with the character-istic condition.
