摘要
针对特大型圆锥滚子轴承支柱焊接保持架因焊接温度过高引起保持架变形的问题,采用电铆合方式对保持架支柱进行连接,解决了焊接保持架支柱引发的轴承质量问题,提高了生产效率。
Aiming at the bearing quality problem about deformation of welding pillar cages for the extra large size taper- ed roller bearings caused by high welding temperature. The connection of pillar in cages is carried out by using rivet weld. The bearing quality problem caused by pillar in welding cages is solved, and the production efficiency is improved.
