摘要
轴承零件几何误差主要包括滚子直径尺寸误差和套圈滚道几何形状误差,套圈滚道几何形状误差用Fourier级数表示。在滚子与滚道的接触作用等效为非线性弹簧的基础上建立力学模型,各个滚子的接触载荷用Newton-Raphson法进行求解。分析结果表明,当滚道存在误差时,载荷分布的变化与滚道的形状及误差值有关;当单一滚子存在误差时,滚子最大接触载荷变化率约为481.6 N/μm;当多个滚子存在误差时,承载滚子的数目将发生改变,若滚子从中间向两侧减小,承载滚子数将减少,反之增加。
The geometric error of bearing elements mainly includes diameter size error of rollers and geometric form er-ror of ring raceway which is described in Fourier series.The contact between roller and raceway is treated as nonlinear springs,and the mechanical model is built.The contact load of each roller is solved by using Newton-Raphson algo-rithm.The analysis results show that the variation of load distribution is related to form and error value of raceway when the error of raceway is existed;the variation rate of maximum contact load of roller is about 481.6 N/μm when the error of single roller is existed;the number of loaded rollers will change when the error of many rollers is existed,if the roller are reduced from the middle to the both sides,the number of loaded rollers is reduced and vice versa.
