摘要
输送带在使用过程中,易发生因接头疲劳而断开的安全事故。为此,研制了输送带接头运行寿命试验装置。该装置采用滑台作为试验台基座,电动机与减速器作为驱动系统,液压系统控制输送带的张力,光电传感器测量周转数,工控机与可编程控制器实施集散式控制。通过试验验证,该装置运行可靠,满足试验要求。
The conveyor belt is easy to fracture due to its splicer fatigue in use. For this purpose, an operating life test device for conveyor splicer was developed. This device adopts a sliding table as the test base, an electric motor and reducer as driving system, apply a hydraulic system for the tension control of the conveyor belt, a photoelectric sensor for the revolution measurement, an industrial PC and programmable controller for the implementation of centralized - distributed control. Experimental verification showed that this test system is reliable in operation and can meet the test requirements.
