摘要
随着矿井开采深度的不断增加,矿井通风路线越来越长,通风阻力显著增大,矿井风量难于满足安全生产要求。为做好规划,更好地配合矿井的安全生产,结合五虎山煤矿采掘部署规划、风量分配等,通过现场测量和理论计算,分析了矿井通风系统存在的主要隐患,提出了3种矿井通风系统优化改造方案。通过对每种方案的可行性对比分析后,认为方案三适用于五虎山煤矿通风系统的改造。
With the increase of mining depth, the mine ventilation route becomes longer and longer, the ventilation resistance significantly increases, and the ventilation quantity is difficult to meet the needs for safe production of the mine. In order to do well the planning for safe production, analysis was made on the main hidden dangers of ventilation system according to the mining deployment plan and air distribution of Wuhushan Coal Mine and through site measurement and theoretical computation, three optimal modification plans for the ventilation system of the mine were put forward. Through feasible comparison and analysis of these plans, it concluded that the third plan is suitable for the modification of the ventilation system of Wuhushan Mine.
