基于计划行为理论的矿工不安全行为研究

Study on Miners' Unsafe Behaviors Based on Theory of Planned Behavior

矿工不安全行为是诱发煤矿事故的主要因素。为进一步解释和预测矿工的不安全行为,寻求有效的干预对策,基于计划行为理论(TPB),引入工作压力和风险倾向2个变量,提出了矿工不安全行为的假设模型。通过问卷调查并运用结构方程模型(SEM)探讨了不安全行为的影响因素与不安全行为之间的影响方式和影响路径,检验了假设,并针对检验结果提出了不安全行为的干预对策。研究结果可对预测和控制矿工不安全行为起到指导作用。

The miners’ unsafe behavior is one of the main inducing factors of serious mine accidents. Based on the theory of planned behavior （ TPB ） , this paper introduced two variables of working pressure and risk tendency and put forward the hypothetical model of miners ’ unsafe behaviors in order to further explain and predict the miners ’ unsafe behaviors and seek feasible intervention strategies. It discussed the influence factor, mode and path of unsafe behaviors through questionnaire and with the structural equation model （ SEM ） , inspected the hypotheses and proposed the intervention countermeasures for unsafe behavior according to the inspection result. This research result can play a guiding role for the prediction and control of miner’ s unsafe behaviors.
