摘要
穴盘育苗播种器是穴盘育苗精量播种装置的核心部件,而对基于气流悬浮供种的育苗精量播种器而言,种子的物料特性直接影响物料在种箱中的流动性和悬浮过程的稳定性,以及播种器型孔的参数设计。测定新疆常用番茄品种米格尔87-5的三轴尺寸、形状特征、千粒重、孔隙率、休止角、滑动摩擦角、悬浮速度等,作为设计基于气流悬浮供种的番茄育秧精密播种装置结构和性能参数的依据。
Tray seeding-machine is the core components of tray precision seeding apparatus, but to the cylinder precision tray seeder based on the pneumatic suspension seed supply, seed material properties directly influent the material liquidity in a box, the stability of the suspension process and the parameters design of inner-cell seed metering device. The Xinjiang common tomato variety 87-5 geometrical size, 1000-grain weight, porosity rate, rest angle, sliding friction angle and suspension velocity, were measured and tested. The results could be as reference for the determination of parameters of structure and performance of tomato precision tray seeder based on the pneumatic suspension seed supply.
