摘要
介绍了现有小型柴油机的主要技术特征、技术障碍和当今世界柴油发动机技术的发展趋势,尤其是柴油HCCI燃烧技术的研究新成果。针对小型柴油机功率小、结构简单、经济性要求高、采用柱塞式喷油泵供油系统的特点,提出小型柴油机节能减排技术的研究应结合产品的特点和独自要求,柴油p-HCCI清洁燃烧技术是开发节能、低排放的小型柴油机的最合适、最具潜力的技术发展方向。只需对现有柱塞式喷油泵进行改造,使之具备可控的两次喷油能力,满足柴油p-HCCI的供油要求,可组织实现柴油p-HCCI清洁燃烧,从而大幅度降低PM、NOx的排放。
The main technical features and major technical obstacles of small size diesel engine, the trend of today diesel engine technology, and the diesel HCCI combustion technology research achievements are introduced in this article. For the small size diesel engines have simple structure and high economical requirements, with the plunger injection oil pump, the research of energy saving technology in small diesel engine should be connected with the product's own characteristics, diesel p-HCCI is appropriate and promising technology to develop new energy-efficien4 low- emission of small diesel engine. The transformation of existing plunger injection pump to have twice injection capacity, to meet the oil supply re- quirements of the p-HCCI is required to develop a clean-burning diesel p-HCCI with greatly reduced PM, NOx emissions.
