摘要
翻抛机工作装置的振动严重影响其机架稳定性。为了解翻抛机工作装置的振动特性,结合有限元方法,对翻抛机的工作装置做自由模态分析,首先运用SolidWorks建立构件的三维模型,再导入HyperMesh进行网格划分,最后用ANSYS求解,得到构件前六阶非刚体固有频率和相应的振型,以验证现有机型设计的合理性,同时为翻抛机工作装置的机构优化和故障诊断提供理论依据。
Vibration of turner working device made very important influence on frame stability. In order to determine vibration attribute of turner, a free modal a,lalysis for turner work site was made. Combining tile finite element method. First using SolidWorks to establish three- dimensional model of component. Then, leading in Hypennesh to divide mesh .Finally tile first six order natural frequency and natural vibra- tion modal of non rigid body was obtained by ANSYS. Thus verifying the rationality of the existing models design. At tile same time, provid- ing the theory basis for the structure optimization and diagnosis of turning machine work device.
