摘要
振动是影响影响采茶机寿命与采摘质量的重要因素。作为研发与完善自走式采茶机的部分内容,本文运用有限元分析软件MSC Nastran对采茶机关键部件——机架与底盘槽型连接钢板进行了静力分析、强度校核以及正则约束模态模态分析。静力分析结果表明槽型连接钢板强度与刚度满足要求;约束模态分析得到其前十阶模态,最低阶约束模态主频率为203Hz,各阶模态远大于采茶机的激励源频率,表现出了良好的振动特性,满足设计要求。
Vibration is an important factor to life and plucking quality of tea plucking machine. As a portion of researches and improvement of self-propel tea plucker, the paper conduct the static force analysis, intensity checking and free model analysis to the one of key component of tea plucker -- boxlike connecting iron, with finite element software MSC Nastran. The result of static' s analysis tells us that the boxlike connecting iron is robust enough to sustain with load of the machine' s weight. Also, the first ten constraint models of boxlike connecting iron were found out, which indicated that the first principle frequencies is 203Hz and each of which is far above all the driving frequencies of tea plucker. All in all, boxlike connecting iron meets the tea plucker' s need sufficiently.
