摘要
枣产业发展势头迅猛,枣采后的处理工作尤为重要,实现枣采后处理机械化的具有重大的意义。本文针对枣采后处理工作中最为重要的无损伤检测分级工序设计了一种大枣分选机,介绍了该机器的结构,并对其主要部件进行了受力分析,达到了预定的要求。
Jujube industry is rapidly developed and the jujube post-harvest processing is particularly important, the mechanization of the jujube post-processing is of great significance. In this paper, a jujube sorting machine is designed for the jujube non-destructive inspections grading process which is the most important part of the jujube postharvest treatment. The structure of the machine is introduced. The mechanical analysis is carried out on its main components. The requirements are met.
