摘要
为增强实时采集数字式传感器数据的稳定性和交互功能,本文采用Labview和西门子S7-200 PLC开发出一套监测系统。该系统使用Modbus协议库中的主指令轮询读取传感器数据并将其存入PLC变量寄存器中,采用Labview中的VISA串口通信函数按PPI协议规范读取PLC寄存器中的数据。实验结果表明,该系统具有良好的实时性、可靠性和交互功能。
To enhance the stability and interactive function of real-time data acquisition from digital sensors, a monitoring system was devel- oped with the use of Labview and Siemens $7-200 PLC. In the system, data from digital sensors was acquired with the polling method of us- ing master instructions in the Modbus protocol library and put into the PLC variable registers. Based on the PPI protocol, data from the PLC variable registers was read with the use of VISA serial communication function in Labview platform. Experimental results show that the sys- tem has good real-time performance, reliability, and interactive features.
