在新疆生产建设兵团(以下简称兵团)农业装备水平和农业机械应用水平快速提升的同时,农机技术技能型人才却显得十分匮乏,给国家农业机械化推广基地(以下简称基地)的集约化建设和内涵式提升带来了制约。文章通过兵团农机发展现状分析和行业技术技能型人才需求调研,探讨在提升兵团农机装备水平和实现兵团农业机械化发展目标的过程中,在兵团现代职业教育体系建设环境下的农机专业技术技能型人才培养问题,为基地农机人力资源开发和储备提供重要参考。
