摘要
在生态农业、循环农业与绿色农业的探索与实践中低碳农业兼具生态、循环和绿色等优点为世界各国所接受。然而土地流转制度作为发展现代农业、实现土地资源优化配置的路径却导致了农业高碳化。如何在改造成本高及变迁依赖性强的土地流转制度中破解现代农业发展的新路径成为当前研究的重点。本研究通过对甘肃庆阳地区随机抽取10乡和150户(已经进行土地流转的农户)问卷调查,发现土地流转是导致农业高碳化的重要原因。通过土地流转前后状况对比,分析导致高碳农业的影响因素,并探索低碳农业的路径,以期待为其它地区低碳农业的发展所借鉴。
In the process of exploration and practice of ecological agriculture, circular agriculture and green agriculture, low carbon agriculture, owning the features of ecological, recycling and green, has been accepted by all the countries. However, the system of land transfer as an optimized path, which makes the agriculture modernization and makes the land used fully, has led to the high carbonization of agricuhure. The system of land transfer will not be changed, because the cost is great high and the system' s dependence is very strong. So how to explore the new path of modern agriculture becomes the research focus now. Through the random questionnaire of 10 villages and towns and 150 farmers in the areas of Qing Yang who have implemented the system of land transfer, the conclusion is that the system of land transfer is the main reason of high carbon agriculture. Based on the comparison of the situation of before and after the system, the factors of resulting in the high carbon agriculture will be researched and the path of low carbon agriculture will be explored in order to provide the experience for the other areas.
