摘要
目的选用4种食品用纸包装材料,采用2种不同提取法,提取样品用于测定甲醛含量。方法一是通过冷水浸提之后进行测定,二是通过热水浸提之后进行测定。结果用热水浸提法测得的甲醛含量高于用冷水浸提法测得的甲醛含量,测试样品中非食品用纸包装材料中报纸试样的甲醛含量最高。结论热水浸提法试验时间短,测得的甲醛含量总体上高于冷水浸提法测得的甲醛含量,食品用纸包装材料中的甲醛含量明显低于非食品用纸包装材料中的甲醛含量。
Objective The aim of this study was to extract samples for the determination of formaldehyde using four kinds of paper packaging materials and two different extraction methods. Methods One method was to measure after cold water extrac- tion, while the other method was to measure after hot water extraction. Results The formaldehyde content measured after hot water extraction was higher than that after cold water extraction. The formaldehyde content in nonfood packaging newspaper test samples was the highest. Conclusion The results showed that hot water extraction method had a shorter test time and the formaldehyde content measured after hot water extraction was generally higher than that measured after cold water extraction, and that the formaldehyde content in food paper packaging materials was significantly lower than those in the non-food paper packaging materials.
