摘要
针对更改卷烟牌号后生产过程中卷接机组水松纸夹末问题加重这一现象,采用鱼骨图法确认靠拢鼓轮吸风孔被挡住是造成水松纸夹末烟支数量较多的主要原因。针对这一原因提出了改进吸风装置的对策,原来吸风孔位置和直径大小不变,在风孔上端沿烟槽方向开一条一定深度(2.5mm)和宽度(与吸风孔直径尺寸相同)的腰形槽,以增加风孔表面的面积。实施效果表明,"水松纸夹末"这一主要质量问题得到有效控制。
