胸腹腔镜对食管癌患者呼吸功能的影响

The Effect Analysis of Thoraco-peritoneoscope in the Treatment of Esophagus Cancer for the Lung Function

目的:探讨胸腹腔镜对食管癌患者呼吸功能的影响。方法:以笔者所在医院2011年1月-2013年1月收治的74例食管癌患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,观察组患者使用胸腹腔镜进行食管切除,对照组患者采用开胸食管切除术,比较两组患者手术情况、术后情况、转ICU率及患者围手术期肺功能的变化。结果:观察组患者手术情况、术后情况优于对照组,转ICU率低于对照组,术后肺功能指标高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:胸腹腔镜在食管癌患者手术中有积极作用,其在保证临床效果的同时,降低手术对患者机体的影响,保护患者肺功能。

Objective：To analysis the effect of thoraco-peritoneoscope in the treatment of esophagus cancer for the lung function.Method：74 patients with esophagus cancer were divided into objective group and control group.The objective group was used thoraco-peritoneoscope and the control group was used traditional open thoracic esophagectomy.The difference of the operation and postoperative situation,the rate of turning to the ICU and the level of lung function during the perioperative period were compared between the two groups.Result：There were more positive result in the comparison of the operation and postoperative situation.The rate of turning to the ICU of the objective group was lower than the ones of control group,and the level of lung function of the objective group was better than that in the control group.Conclusion：It would get a satisfactory effect to use thoraco-peritoneoscope in the treatment of esophagus cancer,with the better operation and postoperative situation,lower rate of turning to the ICU and better states in the lung function.
