腹腔镜手术和舒适护理综合治疗胆囊结石的效果

Observation on Curative and Nursing Effects of Combining Therapy in the Treatment of Gallbladder Stone

目的:对胆囊结石患者采用腹腔镜手术和舒适护理等进行综合治疗,对其治疗和护理的效果进行分析和探讨。方法:按随机数字表法抽取笔者所在医院2006年1月-2011年8月治疗的60例胆囊结石患者作为观察对象。这些患者按随机数字表法分成试验组和对照组,各30例。对照组进行腹腔镜手术进行治疗,同时进行常规的护理。试验组在对照组治疗的基础上,同时采用舒适的护理。对两组患者治疗的效果进行对比和分析。结果:两组手术均顺利,没有出现死亡情况。试验组中无中转开腹患者。两组患者的住院时间和术中出血量以及手术时间、胃肠蠕动恢复时间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后1 d、3 d、1周及2个月无右上腹痛、无腹胀、无恶心率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在治疗胆囊结石上,采用腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗,同时实施舒适护理,减少患者的痛苦,缩短患者的住院时间,降低术后并发症发生率,值得临床推广和使用。

Objective：To carry out combining therapy （laparoscopy surgery and comfortable nursing） in the treatment of patients with gallbladder stone, and to investigate and analyze the curative and nursing effects.Method：A total of 60 patients with gallbladder stone treated in our hospital from January 2006 to August 2011 were selected by the random number table as the research objects.They were divided into the experimental group and the control group by the random number table,and each group included 30 cases. Patients in the control group were treated with laparoscopy surgery,as the same time received the conventional nursing.Patients in the experimental group were received the comfortable nursing on the basis of the treatment.Then the curative effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Result：Operation of patients were successful,and no patient dead.No patient in the experimental group need conversion to laparotomy. The hospitalization time,intraoperative blood loss,operation time and the gastrointestinal peristalsis recovery time of patients in the two group were compared,and differences were statistically significant（P＆lt;0.05）. The rates of without pain in right upper quadrant,without abdominal distension and without nausea of patients in the two groups after treatment for 1 day,3 days,1 week,and 2 months were compared,and differences were statistical significances（P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion：The combined treatment of laparoscopy surgery and the comfortable nursing in the treatment of gallbladder stone can reduce pains of patients,shorten the hospitalization time,lower the rates of complication,and it is worthy of promoting and applying in the clinical.
