综合护理干预在婴幼儿秋季腹泻中应用效果观察

Clinical Effect Observation of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in Application of Infantile Autumn Diarrhea

目的:分析综合护理干预措施在婴幼儿秋季腹泻中的应用和效果观察。方法:选取2009年4月-2012年6月笔者所在医院儿科收治被确诊为秋季腹泻的150例患儿,随机分为试验组和对照组,各75例。在常规的对症支持治疗基础上,对照组给予常规护理,试验组给予综合护理。结果:试验组患者满意度、总有效率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者住院时间、医药费用均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规对症治疗的基础上进行综合护理干预措施,能提高秋季腹泻的疗效和对护理工作的满意度,帮助医院树立良好形象。

Objective：To investigate clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in treatment for infantile autumn diarrhea.Method：150 patients with infantile autumn diarrhea in author’s hospital from April 2009 to June 2012 were divided into the control group and the treatment group,each group has 75 cases.Based on routine symptomatic treatment,the control group were given routine nursing,the experimental group were given comprehensive nursing intervention.Result：The satisfaction,total efficiency of experimental group were higher than the control group,the difference has statistical significance（P＆lt;0.05）.The hospitalization time,medical costs of experimental group were lower than the control group,the difference has statistical significance（P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion：Comprehensive nursing intervention in application of infantile autumn diarrhea based on routine symptomatic treatment,can enhance the curative effect and satisfaction with nursing work,help hospital to establish a good image.
