经尿道前列腺电切术治疗57例前列腺增生症患者的围手术期护理体会

Perioperative Nursing Experience of 57 Cases with Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia Treated with TURP

目的:探讨行经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)治疗的前列腺增生症患者的有效围手术期护理对策。方法:回顾性分析笔者所在医院2010年6月-2013年6月收治的57例前列腺增生症患者的临床资料,所有患者均行经尿道前列腺电切术治疗,总结围手术期护理对策。结果:本组57例行TURP治疗的前列腺增生症患者经有效的围手术期护理后,手术均取得成功,术后2例患者出现膀胱痉挛,1例患者出现TURP综合征,经对症处理后痊愈出院。结论:加强对行TURP治疗的前列腺增生症患者的围手术期护理能够保证手术治疗的效果,提高手术安全性。

[ Abstract ] Objective： To investigate the effective perioperative nursing strategies of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia treated with TURP. Method： The clinical data of 57 cases with benign prostatic hyperplasia in our hospital from June 2010 to June 2013 was retrospectively analyzed, and all cases underwent transurethral resection of prostate, and perioperative nursing countermeasures were summarized.Result： After TURP and effective perioperative nursing, the operation were successful, and 2 cases had bladder spasm, and 1 case had TURP syndrome, and all patients were cured and left hospitals after the treatment.Conclusion： Strengthening the perioperative nursing of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia treated with TURP can guarantee the treatment effect and improve security of operation.
