摘要
目的 :根据文献资料提出研究假设,对情绪智力与工作绩效的关系进行实证分析,为医药代表、医药企业提高工作绩效提供一定的数据支持。方法 :采用问卷调研,使用SPSS 16.0对数据进行分析。结果 :医药代表的工作绩效与情绪智力成显著正相关,与情绪智力的自我情绪评价和表达能力、自我情绪调节能力、运用情绪自我激励的能力等3个维度分别成正相关。结论 :医药代表的情绪智力与工作绩效正相关。
Objective: According to the literatures, the research hypothesis was proposed and the relationship between emotional intelligence and work performance was analyzed so as to provide data support for medical representatives and pharmaceutical enterprises to improve their work performance. Methods: A questionnaire investigation was carried out and SPSS16.0 was used to analyze the data. Results: The work performance of medical representatives has a positive relationship with self-awareness, self-regulation and self-motivation. Conclusion: The work performance of medical representatives has a positive relationship with emotional intelligence.
