比色法测定清肺消炎丸中胆酸的含量

Colorimetry determination of the content of cholalic acid in Qingfei Xiaoyan pills

目的：建立清肺消炎丸中胆酸含量的测定方法。方法：采用比色法,以硫酸溶液显色，检测波长为385 nm。结果：清肺消炎丸中胆酸的含量限度为不低于0.31 mg/粒,胆酸浓度在0.1042～0.7958 mg/ml范围内与吸收度呈良好的线性关系（r=0.9999, n=5）,平均回收率为99.29%（RSD=0.32%, n=6）。结论：该法简便、快速、稳定、可靠，可用于测定清肺消炎丸中胆酸的含量。

Objective：To establish a method for the determination of cholic acid in Qingfei Xiaoyan pills. Methods：Cholic acid was determined by colorimetry at a wavelength of 385 nm. Results：The content limit of cholic acid in Qingfei Xiaoyan pills is not less than 0.31mg per pill. The standard curve of cholic acd was linear over the range of 0.104 2~0.795 8 mg/ml with r=0.999 9, n=5. The average recovery （n=6） was 99.29%（RSD=0.32%）. Conclusion：This method is simple, fast, stable and reliable and can be used for the quality control of Qingfei Xiaoyan pills.
