多拐曲轴疲劳谐振系统的理论与实验分析

摘要 针对目前现有曲轴弯曲疲劳实验机存在的问题,提出了一种多拐曲轴弯曲疲劳谐振实验方法.基于控制及振动理论设计了一种包括工作台、激振器和控制柜的新型曲轴弯曲疲劳实验系统.该系统通过在曲柄臂上装卡摆臂的方法,使摆臂和曲轴组成一个谐振体结构,摆臂曲轴系统在特定的激励频率下产生共振,实现曲轴的整体弯曲疲劳谐振实验.建立了谐振系统的数学模型,从模态理论和控制理论的角度进行了分析.模态测试验证了多拐曲轴疲劳谐振实验系统及其数学模型理论分析的正确性,表明多拐曲轴谐振疲劳实验方法切实可行. Abstract: According to the existing problems of fatigue bending test machine, a new method for fatigue reso- nance experiment of the multiple crankshaft was presented. Based on control and vibration principle, a new crankshaft bending fatigue experiment system was designed, which included workbench, activator and con- troller. The swing arm was installed on crankshaft, which form a resonance structure. The system of swing arm and crankshaft come into being resonance at certain excitation frequency, which could realize the fatigue resonance experiment of whole crankshaft. The mathematical model of resonance system was built and ana- lyzed from modal and control theory. The modal experiment prove that the multi-cylinder crankshaft fatigue resonance system and its mathematical model is correct, which show that the experiment method of multi-cyl- inder crankshaft fatigue resonance is feasible.
