摘要 为研究1-甲基-4,5-二硝基咪唑的热分解性能,采用DSC-TG联用仪测试了2.0 K/min,5.0K/min,10.0K/min,15.0K/min的线性升温速率下1-甲基-4,5-二硝基咪唑的热分解过程;用Ozawa法和Kissinger法计算了1-甲基-4,5-二硝基咪唑受热分解反应的动力学参数,进一步计算得到了80℃,100℃和120℃时的反应速率常数和热分解临界爆炸温度.结果表明:用Ozawa法和Kissinger法得到的1-甲基-4,5-二硝基咪唑的分解表观活化能分别为96.43kJ/mol和92.80kJ/mol,临界爆炸温度为505.85K;1-甲基-4,5-二硝基咪唑的热安定性优良. Abstract: In order to study the thermal decomposition performance of 1-methyl-4,5-dinitroimidazole, the thermal decomposition reaction of 1-methyl-4, 5-dinitroimidazole was determined by means of TG-DSC at heating rates of 2.0 K/min, 5.0 K/rain, 10.0 K/min, 15.0 K/min. The kinetic parameters of the reaction were calculated by Ozawa method and Kissinger method. Furthermore, the rate constants of the reaction at 80 ℃ ,100 ℃ , 120 12 and the corresponding critical temperatures of thermal explosion were calculated. The result shows that the apparent activation energy of thermal decomposition of 1-methyl-4,5-dinitroimidazole obtained by Ozawa and Kissinger methods are 96.43 kJ/mol and 92.80 kJ/mol, the critical temperatures of thermal explosion is 505.85 K. The thermal stability of 1-methyl-4,5-dinitroimidazole is very well.
