摘要
在经过四罗拉网格圈型紧密纺改装的EJM128K型细纱机上,采用V型牵伸分别纺制9.8 tex 65/35T/CJ和CJ14.6 tex纱线,探讨四罗拉紧密纺V型牵伸的性能、特点,并与直线牵伸进行对比。认为:在四罗拉紧密纺上采用V型牵伸可以有效改善纱线条干,减少纱线毛羽,同时增强细纱机的品种适应性。
In this paper, two kinds of yarns of T65/CJ35 9.8tex and CJ14.6tex were spun on EJMI28K spinning frame by V type draft to discuss the performances and properties of the four-roller compact spinning frame using V type draft and to compare it with linear-type draft. It holds that eveness of the yarn spun on the four-roller compact spinning frame with V-type draft is effectively improved and the hairiness reduced. The frame shows more flexable in spinning.
