摘要
针对目前电子提花机控制器只能与特定的提花机匹配使用,不具备通用性的问题,提出了一种自适应电子提花机控制系统的设计方法,使得控制器能够适应织机之间的差异性、装造的差异性及用户需求的差异。该控制系统的应用层提供了丰富的参数设置接口,可以兼容各种文件格式、用户样卡、通丝装造和织机,并且可以根据实际情况添加新的配置信息,具有通用性和扩展性。
The present electronic jacquard machine controller can only work with speeific jacquard machine. To solve this problem, in this paper, control system design method of an adaptive electronic jacquard machine is put forward, which makes the controller can adapt to the differences of looms, weaving processes and user' s demands. The application layer of the control system provides ample interfaces of parameter settings. It' s proved that the system can be compatible with all kinds of file formats, the user' s sample cards, the harness cord assembly and looms. It ean add new configuration informations according to actual situation, which is more general and expansible than older control system.
