摘要
为适应国家生产政策的要求及世界先进四氯化钛生产技术的发展趋势,抚顺钛业有限公司结合对国外沸腾氯化技术的了解,在现有技术基础上,开发φ2 600 mm大型无筛板沸腾氯化炉技术,淘汰小氯化炉,以降低成本。介绍了抚钛φ2 600 mm大型无筛板沸腾氯化炉的研究内容及在实际生产中的应用情况,并且详细介绍了部分生产技术指标及生产过程中的控制措施,同时对φ2 600 mm大型无筛板沸腾氯化炉在生产中遇到的问题进行了相应的阐述。大型无筛板沸腾氯化炉技术在抚钛的成功应用为我国进一步开发大型无筛板沸腾氯化技术奠定了坚实的基础。
In order to adapt the request of policy in the country and the trend of TiC14 production technology in the world, the Fushun Titanium Co., Ltd. decided to develop the th2 600 mm large boiling chlorination furnace without sieve plate based on existing technology and understanding of the overseas ebullition chlorination technology, and this technology could eliminate the small chlorination furnace and reduce the cost. The research contents, application con- ditions, control measures and problems in the productive process of large boiling chlorination furnace without sieve plate are introduced in this paper. It will lay a firm foundation to further development of large boiling chlorination with- out sieve plate technology in our country.
