摘要
亚铁氰化钾作为氰化试剂具有无毒、廉价和后处理简单等多种优点,逐渐成为研究的热点。由于氰基与铁的结合能力很强,造成氰基很难游离出来,反应常需要昂贵的催化剂和高温等条件,促进亚铁氰化钾中氰基的游离可降低条件、提高产率。研究发现在反应体系中加入水、弱碱或ZnBr2可以促使氰基从亚铁氰化钾中游离,并对其作用机理进行了探析。
Potassium hexacyanoferrate( II),having many advantages of nontoxicity,cheapness and simple post-treatment as a cynation reagent,was the research focus. The cyano group was hard to dissociate due to the strong complex interaction between the cyano and Fe,thus expensive catalysts and high temperature were needed for the reaction. Ways to promote the dissociation of the cyano group from potassium hexacyanoferrate( II) can lower the requirements for the reaction conditions as well as improved the yield. It found that the addition of water,weak base or ZnBr 2 would contribute to the dissociation of the cyano group from potassium hexacyanoferrate( II). The mechanism was also investigated.
