摘要
6-[(3S,7S,7aR)-3-苯基-5-酮基-6-苄基-四氢咪唑并[1,5-c]噻唑-7-基]6-羟基己酸(a)在催化剂N-羟基邻苯二甲酰亚胺(NHPI)存在下,用分子氧氧化制备6-[(3S,7S,7aR)-3-苯基-5-酮基-6-苄基-四氢-1H-咪唑并[1,5-c]噻唑-7-基]-6-酮基己酸(b)的工艺,考察了催化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间、通氧速率、搅拌速度等因素对化合物(b)产率的影响。在较佳的实验条件下,化合物(b)收率达92%以上。
6-(( 3S,7R,7aR)-6-benzyl-5-oxo-3-phenylhexahydroimidazo[1,5-c] thiazol-7yl)-6-hydroxyhexanoic acid( a) in the presence of catalyst N-Hydroxyphthalimide( NHPI),prepared with molecular oxygen oxidation 6-( 3S,7R,7aR)-6-benzyl-5-oxo-3-phenylhexahydroimidazo[1,5-c]thiazol-7yl)-6-oxohexanoic acid( b) process,the effects of the amount of catalyst,reaction temperature,reaction time,oxygen rate, stirring speed and other factors on the impact of product yield( b). Under optimum conditions,compounds( b) yield was above 92%.
