摘要
食品工程原理课程设计是食品科学与工程、粮食工程等专业的一门非常重要的专业基础课。本文结合我校食品工程原理课程设计教学过程中学生出现的问题,分析讨论该课程目前存在的现象,对该课程教学改革进行了探索和实践。
Food Engineering Principle Design was a basic specialized curriculum of food engineering, grain engineering and other major. Some problems were discussed which appeared in the teaching process,and some measures of teaching methods combining with the teaching practice were explored.
