Net-teaching was the important composition of modern educational technology. Intelligent test paper composition system based on the network was the necessary part in net-teaching. Based on the exploitation and development for intelligent test paper composition system of analytical chemistry,the significance,process and effect of this system and the foreground were introduced to improve the educational innovation and promote the educational quality.
