通过分析我国棕地现状及信息现状,提出了构建城市棕地信息库的必要性,对理解棕地的识别选择、开发风险有重要的指导作用,同时在棕地项目决策、价值评估、规划管理和信息共享方面也有重要的应用价值。

This article analyzes the current situation of brownfields and its information in China , and brings up the necessity of constructing urban brownfields information base .This paper has an important guiding function on understanding the cognition , selec-tion and developmental risk of brownfields , and it also has significant applied value in decision -making, value evaluation , planning management and information sharing of brownfields project .
