北沙参茎叶黄酮类化合物提取优选条件研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的优选北沙参茎叶中黄酮类化合物的提取条件。方法采用超声波提取北沙参茎叶中的黄酮类化合物,以得率为指标,在单因素试验基础上采用正交试验优选提取条件。结果提取条件为乙醇浓度:70%,温度:70℃,时间:40 min,料液比为1∶30时,北沙参茎叶总黄酮得率最高,达3.31%。结论所用方法为北沙参茎叶中黄酮类化合物的提取条件提供了科学依据。 Objective To optimize the extraction condition for flavonoids from stems and leaves of Glehnia littoralis. Methods The flavonoids in stems and leaves of Glehnia littoralis were extracted with ultrasonic-assisted method . On the basis of single factor experiment, the orthogonal test was adopted to optimize the extraction condition with the yield rate as indicator. Results The optimal extraction condition was as follows: 70 % of ethanol concentration, extraction temperature at 70 ℃, extraction time being 40 rain, and the material-liquid ratio at 1 : 30. Under the optimal condition, the extraction rate of total flavonoids from stems and leaves of Glehnia littora!is could be the highest, and reached 3.31%. Conclusion The established methods will provide scientific basis for the optimal extraction condition of flavonoids from stems and leaves of Glehnia littoralis.
