在建设项目的成本管理过程中,资源管理是其主要组成部分。此文阐述资源管理包括的内容(人力资源、有形资源、无形资源和资金资源),及在项目成本管理中如何进行人力资源、有形资源、无形资源和资金资源的科学管理和有效利用,降低项目成本,以保证工程进度、施工质量、施工安全、成本目标和利润目标的实现。
In the process of construction project cost management, resource management is the main component. The article expounds the content of resource management (human resources, tangible resources, intangi- ble resources and capital resources), and how to do scientific management and effective utilization in the project cost management of human resources, tangible resources, intangible resources and capital re- sources, and reduce the project cost to ensure the project schedule, construction quality, construction safety, the realization of the cost objectives and profit targets.
