国家电网公司"三集五大"体系建设的持续推进,对公司一体化企业级信息系统的建设提出了更高要求。为加强电力信息化项目前期管理,提出了优化完善项目可行性研究管理流程,紧抓项目编制、评审两个关键环节,形成规范化、精细化和专业化的信息化项目可行性研究管理模式,有效提升了信息化项目前期管理水平。

The continuous construction of ＆quot;Three Intensive Managements and Five Large-Scale Movements＆quot; of SGCC has higher-level requirements on construction of integrated enterprise-level information system. For the purpose of strengthening early management of information project, the paper suggests optimizing and perfecting the process of feasibility study and management mode of the project , laying emphasis on compiling and reviewing to form standardized, lean and professional feasibility study and management mode of information projects, effectively improving early management of information project.
