光固化复合树脂和GC FUJI Ⅸ玻璃离子充填龋齿临床疗效分析 被引量:8

摘要 目的观察光固化复合树脂和GC FUJIⅨ玻璃离子两种材料充填龋齿的临床疗效。方法将108例(326颗患牙)随机分为光固化树脂组(54例150颗)和GC FUJIⅨ组(54例176颗),光固化树脂组采用光固化复合树脂材料充填修复,GC FUJIⅨ组采用GC FUJIⅨ玻璃离子材料充填修复,随访观察一年,比较两组的临床疗效。结果采用GC FUJIⅨ玻璃离子材料充填修复成功率(97.2%)高于光固化复合树脂组(87.3%)(P<0.01)。结论 GC FUJIⅨ玻璃离子充填深龋疗效优于光固化复合树脂。 Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of light cured composite resin and GC FUJI Ⅸglass ionomer in filling dental caries .Methods One hundred and eight patients with 326 caries teeth were randomly divided into light cured resin group (54 cases, 150 teeth) and GC FUJI Ⅸ group(54 cases, 176 teeth) and were treated respectively by light cured composite resin and GC FUJI Ⅸglass ionomer for restorations of dental caries .One year after filling , the clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups .Results The restoration success rate of GC FUJIⅨgroup(97.2%) was higher than that of light cured resin group (87.3%)(P〈0.01).Conclusion The efficacy of deep caries filling of GC FUJI Ⅸglass ionomer is better than that of light cured composite resin .
